Actress Valerie Bertinelli celebrated the New Year by marrying fiance Tom Vitale at her Malibu, California home. They exchanged vow on Saturday, January 1 on a sunny day, according to reports.
Bertinelli's ex-husband, Eddie Van Halen, their son Wolfgang Van Halen and Eddie's current wife Janie Liszewski were at the wedding. Bertinelli also attended her ex-husband's wedding to Liszewski in 2009.
Bertinelli invited too Jane Leeves and Wendie Malick from her show "Hot in Cleveland", Mackenzie Phillips and Pat Harrington.
The bride and groom have been dating since 2003. They got engaged in May. "It was sweet when he asked me, because he was so scared. I was like, 'Are you kidding me?' " she told People magazine.

A Stuntman Who Was Injured in Broadway's Troubled 'Spider-Man' Musical
A stuntman who was injured in Broadway's troubled "Spider-Man" musical is scheduled to leave his rehabilitation center on Wednesday, January 5 and will continue treatment in New York. Christopher Tierney was forced to spend Christmas, December 25 under doctors' care after falling from a ledge during a performance of "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark" on December 20.
Tierney suffered several broken ribs, a fractured elbow, a bruised lung, three fractured vertebrae and a cracked skull, and subsequently underwent back surgery. But the 31 year old continues to make good progress in his recovery - he was transferred from the intensive care unit at New York's Bellevue Hospital to an inpatient rehab facility in the city on Thursday, December 30. And now show spokesman Rick Miramontez has confirmed Tierney will be released from a rehab facility later this week.
Tierney's family tells the Associated Press he will continue treatment in New York.
Safety inspectors have given director Julie Taymor the all-clear to proceed with the production despite four cast members sustaining injuries. The show is scheduled to open officially on February 7, 2011.

Chris Brown Defends Himself
As he himself expected, Chris Brown became a trending topic on Twitter and graced the online news for using racial and gay slurs on the microblogging site. The R 'n' B singer was on war of words with former member of B2K, Raz B, who said something about Brown's ex Rihanna.
Raz B wrote, "Im just sittin here Thinking how can n**gas like [Eric Benet] and [Chris Brown] disrespect women as Intelligent as Halle Berry, Rihanna." Brown quickly fired back, "N**ga you want attention! Grow up n**ga!!! Dick in da booty ass lil boy."
In the next few hours, Brown continued to bash Raz B with tweets like "Tell me this @razb2k!! Why when the money was coming in u won't complaining about getting butplugged! #homothug!!!" and "it's funny how I'm nominated for 3 grAmmys off of a mixtape and ur scrambling for change!!"
Raz B in return kept pinching the wound, writing "YOU need to stop Hidin behind that Michael Jackson picture! MJ would never hit a Woman! you should take down Mike and PUT up IKE" He even tweeted to Rihanna, "I see why you not with that Clown. Keep going hard I wish you the best with your success."
Brown had been doing all sorts of amends after the February 2009 incident where he was arrested for beating Rihanna before the Grammys. He went to anger management classes and completed a community service in place of jail term.
In his defense of the scathing attack on Raz B, Brown said "just so yall know!!! HE STARTED IT... lol.. AND IM FINISHED!!!" He added, "BTW... i love all my gay fans and this immature act is not targeted at you!!!! love"

Reese Witherspoon has got a new sparkler on her engagement finger as Jim Toth recently proposed to her. Now, a picture the huge bling has been revealed, showing a 4-carat Ashoka cut diamond set on a pave diamond-and-platinum band.
Witherspoon's fiance Jim Toth worked with jeweler William Goldberg to design the ring. According to Goldberg, the 40-year-old Hollywood agent was drawn to the rarity of the Ashoka diamond, particularly with its 62 displayed facets and rounded corners.
Co-owner of William Goldberg, Eve Goldberg, further explains what caught the eyes of Toth from the jewelry, "In the past year, the retro look in diamonds has been very popular. It's a very elegant cut and it has an old feel to it."
Reese Witherspoon, through her publicist, announced on December 28 that she is engaged to boyfriend Jim Toth. The pair began dating in early this year, shortly after she and Jake Gyllenhaal split. Witherspoon was previously married to Ryan Phillippe before they got divorced in 2008.
Lindsay Lohan to Work on Shoe Line
Lindsay Lohan is making plans to expand her fashion range once she completes her current stint in rehab - the actress is designing shoes. The "Mean Girls" star will be introducing footwear to her 6126 fashion brand, and her designs are expected to be debuted next autumn.
A representative for Lohan tells EOnline.com, "(The shoes are) classic, glamorous, timeless with a sexy flair... She'll finalize everything when she's out (of rehab)." Lohan is due to leave a clinic in California next week after serving three months of court-ordered treatment for breaching her probation relating to a 2007 DUI arrest.
Lohan recently was caught in trouble with one of the workers at Betty Ford clinic. The tech allegedly forced her to take several drug and alcohol tests after going back to the facility few minutes late. The staff put charges against her but later dropped it.
Member of Real-Life 'Sound of Music' Died
A woman whose family inspired classic movie musical "The Sound of Music" has died. Agathe von Trapp passed away on Tuesday, December 28 at a hospice in Towson, Maryland after suffering congestive heart failure last month. She was 97.
Von Trapp was the oldest daughter of Austrian naval officer Captain Georg Ritter von Trapp, whose seven children were the basis for the singing family in Robert Wise's 1965 movie, starring Julie Andrews. The musical centered around a woman who leaves an Austrian convent to become a governess to the children of a stern naval officer widower.
The real-life von Trapp daughter ran a kindergarten at the Sacred Heart Catholic parish in Glyndon, Maryland prior to her death.
Singer Geri Halliwell Has Followed in The Footsteps of Elizabeth Hurley
Singer Geri Halliwell has followed in the footsteps of Elizabeth Hurley by stripping off to promote her new line of swimwear. The former Spice Girls star has teamed up with British retail firm Next to design her own range of bikinis - and she models the collection herself.
Halliwell says, "It's about inspiring confidence with great-looking swimwear for all body shapes. It's for real women of all shapes and sizes." Hurley poses in her own designs for the Elizabeth Hurley Beach range, which she launched in 2005.
In her music career, Geri Halliwell has been reported planning a comeback by making a solo album. "Geri is back in the studio. She wants to release a solo album next summer," said a source early this month.
