"We are aware. We have spoken with Will. Our security staff is looking into the matter. No other comment. We will let the legal process take its course," Saints spokesman said in a statement.

Hugh Grant Supports Museum Refurbishment
Hugh Grant is backing an appeal for a $4.5 million refurbishment of a war museum in Scotland. The "Notting Hill" star turned out at the Highlanders' Museum in Fort George on Thursday, November 25 to launch the campaign, which aims to raise cash from public donations.
The actor recalled his long affiliation with the military during a speech at the launch, revealing how he was the first male member of the Grant family never to contemplate entering a regiment. He tells The Scotsman, "We were always playing about in the fort, playing at war on the battlements with my brother and girl cousins."
"I always found it all fascinating as there were so many soldiers in my family. I've got it in my genes, it's in my DNA. Weirdly, a military career never beckoned for me. I must be the first Grant to reach 17 or 18 without anyone saying 'How about the army?' "
"It feels personal. I wanted to do it for my father and grandfather. I feel a loyalty to the regiment; even though I was not a part of it myself, it feels like it's family. I have always been fascinated by the history of the Seaforths and other regiments. It's deep in my system and so anything I can do to raise the last bit of funds they need, then I'm delighted to help."

Mel Gibson's Lawyers Have Launched A Bid to Strip Oksana Grigorieva
Mel Gibson's lawyers have launched a bid to strip the star's ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva of her custody rights regarding their child, insisting she is not acting in the best interests of the child. The former couple has been battling over little Lucia since splitting earlier this year and Grigorieva spoke candidly about claims she was beaten by the actor on news show "Larry King Live", which aired in the U.S. on Wednesday night, November 17.
The Russian singer opened up about the allegedly abusive relationship, claiming she feared for her life when her ex reportedly struck her during a heated argument in January. Gibson's legal advisors have pounced on the interview and are preparing to argue that her false and derogatory public comments about the actor suggest she's only interested in damaging his reputation, reports TMZ.com.
His lawyers want Los Angeles court Judge Scott Gordon to grant Gibson custody of Lucia and only allow Grigorieva monitored visits during the day. Judge Gordon had previously warned the Russian not to discuss the case with the press or risk losing custody of the tot.
A hearing has been set for Monday, November 22.

Howard Donald Has A Battle With Ex-Girlfriend
Take That star Howard Donald has been waging a secret court battle to prevent publication of details of his romance with an ex-girlfriend. Donald, who is currently preparing for the British boyband's hotly-anticipated reunion tour with Robbie Williams in 2011, called in his legal team earlier this year after he discovered Adakini Ntuli was preparing to sell her story.
The singer was granted a so-called "super-injunction" by a London court in April, banning publication of any details of the legal fight, including the names of Donald and Ntuli. But after Ntuli appealed against the decision, part of the legal ruling was lifted at London's High Court on Tuesday, November 16 - and details of the case can now be revealed.
Ntuli reportedly began dating Donald in 2000, but in March this year he allegedly received a cell phone text message from her reading: "Why should I continue to suffer financially for the sake of loyalty when selling my story will sort my life out?" Ntuli is said to be using the services of British publicist Max Clifford and is in talks with the News of the World newspaper, although the injunction banning her from selling her story is still in place.

A New York Judge Dismisses Michael Douglas' Ex-wife's Bid
A New York judge has dismissed Michael Douglas' ex-wife's bid to land 50 per cent of the profits from the "Wall Street" sequel. Diandra Douglas, who split from the actor in 2000, took legal action against her former spouse over the summer seeking a share of his pay cheque from his movie "Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps".
She claimed her divorce deal entitled her to half her ex-husband's salary from projects he worked on during their marriage, and any possible "spin-offs" of his previous films, including the original 1987 "Wall Street". However, Judge Matthew Cooper dismissed the case at Manhattan's Supreme Court on Monday, November 15, because the Big Apple was not the right jurisdiction for it to be heard.
Michael Douglas' lawyer Marilyn Chinitz says, "It's been dismissed out of New York. I don't know if she'll bring a lawsuit in California. But I think it would be foolish to do so and will be dismissed on the merits."
Bristol Palin and The Situation Become Fast Friends
This season's "Dancing with the Stars" contestants Bristol Palin and The Situation have become fast friends, and together they appeared on a PSA to discuss the importance of safe sex. While Palin insists on abstinence, the "Jersey Shore" star believes in sex using condoms. But they agree on one thing, "Pause Before You Play".
The PSA opens with Situation checking on a two scantily-clad girls before making his moves to Palin. In real life, Palin is an ambassador to Candie's Foundation, a non profit organization with the mission to educate America's youth about the devastating consequences of teenage pregnancy. Situation asks her, "I know you're all about that abstinence thing, but come on, B-Palin, are you serious? You're not gonna hook up before you're married? For real?"
Palin answers, "For real." Situation says he's on a different lane but he's practicing a safe sex too. "I actually practice a whole lot [of safe sex], I mean a whole lot. ...The safe part, we've got the safe part down pat," he quips before pulling condoms out of his pocket and exclaiming "Wapow! Magnums!" He goes on offering one to Palin but she declines because she avoids "the situation".
"I've been working with the Candie's Foundation for almost two years now," Palin said about the PSA. "I'm a teen mom, so this was an issue that's near and dear to my heart. We're coming together today to open up dialog about teen pregnancy."
For Situation, it was about his friendship with Palin. "Me and BP here are kind of tight and I heard about the cause and I was like, you know, even though I do get into 'situations' here and there, I just want to let everyone know you do have to stay protected," he said.
